ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Insurance and Financial Services Position - State Farm Team Member for Derrick Elzey - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations, conversations, and identifying products that uniquely fit customer's needs. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain client relationships in insurance and financial services.
- Provide clients with comprehensive financial planning and insurance advice.
- Assist clients with retirement planning, investment management, and insurance needs.
- Stay current with market trends and product offerings.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of experience in insurance and financial services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Licensed in life/health insurance
- FINRA Series 6 and 63 is not required
- Maintain a positive attitude
- Commitment to self-development and improvement

Our team is trained to help you with your car insurance, homeowners insurance, renters insurance, small business insurance, Life insurance and health insurance.
I'm a Worcester County Chamber of Commerce in Ocean Pines Board of Director and also serve on the Stephen Decatur Business Advisory team. I enjoy staying active in the community and contributing to our area’s growth while networking with and supporting other local small business owners. On the weekends, you can find me hanging out with my wife and our two children. I also enjoy playing the guitar, working out and exploring new places in Berlin and the surrounding area.
