Job Summary:
As a Lead Water Damage Technician, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional restoration services. You’ll ensure timely and effective service while guiding the team and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform and oversee all water damage mitigation and restoration services.
Communicate clearly with customers and ensure their needs are met.
Maintain equipment and vehicles in good working order.
Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance.
Complete daily logs, work orders, and required documentation.
Ensure company vehicles are stocked with the necessary tools and supplies.

Qualifications:

High school diploma (or GED).
Basic math skills to determine equipment needs.
Basic computer proficiency for reporting and logging activities.
Certifications in Water Mitigation, Mold, or related services preferred.
