Celebrations Speech Group is seeking a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our clinic-based pediatric team in Brentwood, California. This is an in-person position with a supportive team, engaging caseload, and opportunities for professional growth.

Celebrations Speech Group is a private practice and Nonpublic Agency with decades of experience providing high-quality pediatric therapy services. We serve children in clinic, school, and home-based settings through a collaborative, team-centered approach. Our work is grounded in continuing education, clinical excellence, and a shared commitment to helping children with special needs thrive.

Responsibilities include:

Implement occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.

Provide direct therapy services to pediatric clients in a clinic-based setting.

Document treatment sessions, therapeutic interventions, client progress, and related service notes accurately and timely.

Assist with progress updates, treatment plan implementation, and clinical documentation.

Collaborate with supervising OTs, families, and team members to support client outcomes.

Assist with evaluation-related tasks and documentation as directed by the supervising Occupational Therapist.

Perform other job-related duties consistent with the role and business needs.

Qualifications:

Current and valid California Occupational Therapy Assistant license, or eligibility for licensure through the California Board of Occupational Therapy.

Pediatric experience preferred, but not required.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to build rapport with clients, families, and team members.

Positive, professional, and collaborative demeanor.

Compensation: $67,200.00 - $80,000.00 per year
