ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Sales Associate for Tarcia D. Troup Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and referrals.
- Actively seek out new clients through networking, community involvement, and targeted marketing strategies.
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' insurance needs to recommend tailored solutions.
- Deliver compelling presentations that effectively communicate the benefits of products and services.
- Work collaboratively with other sales team members to share best practices and support
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma; college degree preferred.
- Willingness to obtain property, casualty, and life and health insurance licenses.
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Independent worker who sets and achieves personal goals.
Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

- Our office is open M-F 9:00am - 5:00pm.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 2014.
