Job Summary
We want to partner with a reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) The ideal candidate is compassionate, reliable, and responsible.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions
- Document any changes in patient conditions and report on changes
- Maintain accurate records of patient care and discuss observations with the Nurse Supervisor.
Qualifications
- Active LPN License
- CPR/BLS Certificate
- Covid Vaccine Card / Exemption / Declination
- 2 Professional References
- Physical and TB screening
- Valid Driver’s License . Sate ID and SSN Card
- EMR: Knowledge of Point Click Care (PCC) is helpful. Training is provided otherwise.
Compensation: $40.00 per hour
