Handyman Connection of Phoenix is seeking a reliable and experienced Stucco Sub-Contractor Crew to join our team for sporadic projects - typically 1-4 jobs per week. Our business continues to grow, and we need professional stucco crews who can handle various residential and light commercial jobs. its a BIG bonus if you do drywall as well. This position is perfect for a crew looking to supplement their current workload with flexible hours - we will work around your schedule. Most jobs will be bid / emailed with scope of work and once pricing is approved you can go do the work. Our guys typically paint after.

Responsibilities:
- Perform stucco application (including synthetic stucco), repair, and finishing on a variety of projects.
- Ensure high-quality craftsmanship in line with company and client expectations.
- Maintain a clean and safe worksite.
- Communicate effectively with the project manager and Homeowners.
- Complete jobs within agreed time-frames and budget.
Requirements:
- Experienced stucco crew with a proven track record of high-quality work.
- Licensed, bonded, and insured (must provide proof) is a bonus bunt NOT necessary.
- Own tools and equipment necessary for stucco work.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to work sporadically, as projects become available.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering excellent work.
Compensation:
Competitive pay based on experience and scope of the project. Payment is per project.
