- Assist in the development of project plans.
- Coordinate project activities and tasks among team members, sub vendors and customers.
- Monitor project progress and report on key metrics to project managers.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication within project teams.
- Prepare and distribute project documentation, reports, and status updates.
- Ensure that team members have the necessary tools and information to perform their tasks effectively.
- Assist in managing subcontractors or external vendors.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with home and business owners who experienced the loss.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain project files and documentation in an organized manner.
- Assist in the procurement of project-related materials and services.
- Prepare and submit project-related invoices and expense reports.
- Associates degree in Construction Management preferred or equivalent related experience
- 2+ years of previous building experience preferred
- 5 years work experience in construction project management preferred.
- Dwelling contractor, dwelling contractor qualifier, OSHA 10 HR recommended, Lead Safe Renovator preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Highly organized and able to multi-task
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and our main software programs; RMS (Nextgear), Xactimate and Symbility
