Job Summary
We are seeking a Data Governance Analyst to join our Management Consulting Practice, where the ideal candidate will support the development and implementation of comprehensive data governance policies, standards, and procedures on the behalf of a federal agency, to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of an organization's data assets, collaborating with various departments to promote data quality, compliance, and effective data management practices across the enterprise.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Design and develop data visualization and dashboard solutions to provide required analytics insights
- Prepare detailed briefing decks for client presentations
- Collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data using a variety of methods and tools
- Identifying and creating additional data visualization capabilities, as needed
- Ensuring data governance and quality assurance standards are met
- Developing training materials and standard operating procedure documents
- Analyzing current process and identify potential improvements
- Working with team members to summarize and report on business process improvements to include gaps in current processes and initiatives to improve processes for an organization
- Organizing and leading client meetings, including scheduling meetings; drafting and delivering agendas and meeting minutes; providing and archiving required documentation; and documenting, tracking, and following-up on action items
- Summarizing and presenting information and reports to the team and make recommendations (both oral and written).
Position Requirements:
- Minimum Years of Experience: 3 years working on data strategy, analytics and architecture initiatives in commercial or public sector consulting firm
- Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree, Master’s a plus
- Experience applying critical thinking and structured processes to help clients navigate uncertainty and solve complex data related problems.
- Possess a combination of strategic, technical, and interpersonal skills to effectively advise clients on the planning, adoption, and management of cloud services.
- Demonstrates a proven record of success in roles within a professional services firm or large enterprise that supports client AI/ML and cloud services
- Ability to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD Public Trust
- ONE (1) or more years' experience in R, Tableau or Power BI

- Active DHS Public Trust

Compensation: $90,000.00 per year
