Seeking Home Care Branch Manager – Alliance Senior Care

Alliance Senior Care is hiring a Branch Manager to lead our Bingham Farms location. We are family-owned, focused on helping seniors remain independent with dignity. With over 15 years of service, we’re committed to helping seniors maintain their independence and dignity, and we’re looking for a leader who shares our values of care and community.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure exceptional care standards.
  • Manage and support staff, including caregivers, care team leads, care managers, intake coordinators, and recruiting specialists.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations governing home care.
  • Drive business growth through community engagement and relationship-building.
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to enhance departmental goals.
  • Recruit, hire, and train staff, ensuring retention of top talent.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families, addressing any concerns.
Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role within the home care industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency with home care software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Compassionate, client-focused approach to care.
