The Machine Operator is responsible for setting up and operating machinery to meet production specifications. Duties include converting materials to work order requirements, conducting trials, and ensuring all quality documentation is completed accurately.

- Set up and operate machines per production specs
- Convert materials and package according to work orders
- Train associates and operate forklifts
- Complete quality documents and maintain safety standards
- Troubleshoot machine issues and support process improvements
- Ensure production schedule compliance and handle material
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of manufacturing experience
- Ability to read and understand complex work instructions
- Basic computer and math skills
- Forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift 50-75 pounds
Compensation: $19.00 - $19.50 per hour
