Responsibilities:

Greet guests with a huge smile and friendly attitude, making every interaction count towards our Smile Watt Hours 💡
Assist with check-ins and provide info about park attractions, including our exciting trampoline courts, dodgeball arenas, and laser battle zone to maximize guest satisfaction
Address guest concerns quickly, ensuring everyone has a safe, fun, and memorable experience
Handle transactions and promote delicious items from our food menu—keeping everyone fueled and happy! 🍕🍿

What We’re Looking For:

A positive, can-do attitude and excellent communication skills
Ability to multitask in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
Availability to work weekends and holidays (that’s when the smiles happen!)
