Job Description:
The Build & Release Engineer will be responsible for building and deploying software components, managing configurations, and providing runtime support during deployment. This role requires establishing a Release Engineering practice from the ground up, ensuring seamless release management, and deploying systems in both test and live production environments.
Key responsibilities:
• Performing build activities and deploying software on test and production systems.
• Preparing and maintaining development, testing, and production systems.
• Resolving build, deployment, and integration issues.
• Managing source code via CVS and maintaining product configurations.
• Interacting with various stakeholders to ensure proper release processes.
Key Skills:
• Infor ERP LX - BPCS (SCM-RMS, Release Management).
• 9+ years of experience in Release Engineering and Management.
• Expertise in SDLC, CI/CD setups (Azure DevOps), and automation tools.
• Proficient in Azure ADO Portal, GIT Repos, Azure App Services, AKS, Key Vault.
• Experience with NPM tools and deployment processes.
• Financial Services / Banking experience preferred.
