Hello! I’m Jake from State Farm Magnolia and I’ve been successful in the insurance industry for over a decade. This agency is a little over 3 years old, and we are growing quickly! I’m looking for 2-3 outgoing, energetic people to add to our team. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain client relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to clients.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Train and mentor junior staff.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of experience in insurance sales or account management.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Compensación: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
