Ellie Mental Health is coming to Foxborough and Mansfield and we’d love to have you join our team!
We are opening a state-of-the-art brand new office that is owned and operated by a local clinical social worker (LICSW).  We believe in providing a safe, comfortable and supportive environment for our therapists and offering top quality, accessible and destigmatizing mental healthcare for our clients.
 
Ellie Mental Health in Foxborough/Mansfield is looking for therapists who are seeking a different employment experience to ignite their creativity while minimizing the barriers that come with traditional therapy practices. Responsibilities Include:
  • Asses mental health functioning, diagnose, create and implement treatment plans and treatment plan reviews, complete ongoing documentation and case notes according to company policy
  • Lead and provide supervision to pre-licensed therapists
  • Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
  • Utilize creative and personalized interventions to help clients achieve and exceed their goals
  • Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
  • Actively participate in Community Outreach and referral partnership development to help build practice awareness in the community
  • Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings
  • Opportunity to supervise other clinicians (for fully licensed therapists)
  • For Full-Time status clinicians must maintain a caseload of a minimum of 28 client visits per week 
Required Qualifications and Skills:
  • A master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
  • Massachusetts clinical licensure (LMHC) 
  • Experience with completing assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
  • Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
  • Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
  • Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)
  • Proficiency in other languages is a plus!

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
