We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional service while driving sales growth. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with purchases. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers to ensure a positive experience with our brand.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers to help drive sales.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns, working to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to stay informed about current promotions, product launches, and sales strategies.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Assist in tracking and following up on leads to support sales efforts.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

**Skills and Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in customer service or sales roles.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and rapport with customers.
- Experience working with CRM systems or customer service software is a plus.
Compensation: $21.04 per hour
