Job Responsibilities of CNA/HHA:

Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities (including but not limited to bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, undressing, toileting activities).
Support patient assessments and monitoring of vital signs under the supervision of a registered nurse.
Providing care according to the patient's plan of care, assistance with daily tasks, including but not limited to feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, light housekeeping, providing transportation to doctor appointments, outdoor activities, and shopping.
Deliver compassionate support and companionship to patients.

Qualifications of Desired CNA/HHA:

Current CNA certification from the MN Nurse Aide Registry (Preferred)
A minimum of one year of experience in home health, assisted living, or similar settings.
CPR certification (preferred)
Geriatric/Elder experience
Memory Care Experience (Alzheimer's, Dementia, etc.)
Must be at least 18 yrs. or older
Deliver compassionate support and companionship to patients.
A heartfelt desire to help others with a positive and respectful attitude.
Amazing communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: 19.00 - $23.00 per hour
