What You’ll Do:
- Connect with new and current customers, helping them find the right insurance to fit their needs.
- Deliver top-notch service and support; so, customers walk away happy and well-informed.
- Handle policy changes and payments with accuracy - attention to detail is key.
- Conduct policy reviews to provide recommendations/solutions based on customer questions/concerns.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Comfortability with change—whether it’s new systems, software, or navigating a shifting regulatory environment.
- Outgoing personality and great communication skills—whether in person, through text, email, phone, or video calls, you can get your message across clearly and effectively.
- Capable of bouncing back quickly from setbacks. Handling rejection is part of the job, and you take it in stride.
- Openness to receiving constructive feedback and willing to act on it to improve.
- Self-motivation and a drive to hit (and exceed) your goals.
- Knowledgeable with tech (most everything we do is digital, nowadays).
- Open to asking questions—seriously, we encourage it!
- You’ll need to get your Property & Casualty License and Life & Health License. Don’t worry, we’ve got your back. We’ll cover the cost for a 2-day exam prep course and your first exam attempt. Our team’s pass rate is 98%, so you’ll be in great hands!
