What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking massage therapists who are:
- Committed to long-term growth and being part of a high-performing team.
- Professionals with excellent interpersonal skills who excel at working collaboratively with fellow spa employees.
- Passionate about creating a harmonious and tranquil environment for guests and coworkers alike.
- Knowledgeable in a variety of massage styles, including Swedish, deep tissue, and prenatal massage.
- Certified (or willing to become certified) in prenatal massage, lymphatic drainage, and cupping.
- Ready to uphold a five-star resort-like demeanor of professionalism at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored massage treatments to address each guest’s unique needs and health goals.
- Offer expert guidance on services, products, and the benefits of regular wellness practices.
- Maintain spotless and sanitary treatment rooms between guests and at the end of the day.
- Assist with team responsibilities, including laundry and housekeeping, to maintain a five-star environment.
- Embody Driftwood’s vision and values every day through exceptional service and collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Must hold a current massage therapy license in the state of North Carolina.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, the lymphatic system, and musculoskeletal systems.
- A quick learner with excellent communication skills and a passion for holistic wellness.
- Service-oriented and motivated by helping others achieve their wellness goals.
