HCOA Fitness is the leader in the fitness industry in Puerto Rico with 14 gyms around the island. We focus on providing our members with the tools they need to achieve their goals and achieve lifelong results.

Independent contractor wanted to provide Personal Trainer services in the Total Body Fitness area.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintain a personal commitment to meet the needs of members and guests.
  • Demonstrate the correct use of weight and cardiovascular exercise machinery.
  • Interview clients and make exercise recommendations based on fitness assessments as well as member needs and goals.
  • Behave as a role model and promote a healthy lifestyle.
  • Maintain a positive and helpful attitude at all times with customers and colleagues.
  • Promote training benefits to acquire new members and retain existing ones.
  • Recommend changes for scheduling and services based on current market trends.
Education, Experience, and Certification

  • Nationally recognized personal training certification (ACE, ACSM, ISSA, NASM as examples).
  • Must have CPR, first aid, and DRD certification (must be obtained within the first 6 months of employment).
Available growth opportunities – pay per training session plus commissions for new clients.
