ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Insurance and Financial Services Position - State Farm Team Member for Chris Kasper - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain client relationships in insurance and financial services.
- Provide clients with comprehensive and insurance advice.
- Assist clients with insurance and financial products and services
- Stay current with market trends and product offerings.
- Onboard new customers and offer products and services where appropriate.
- Have fun!
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1+ years of experience in insurance or financial services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Licenses in insurance preferred.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
