As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member - Onboarding Specialist with Jim Spachman - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Complete the new customer onboarding process for all new clients.
- Follow up on forms and information needed from new customers.
- Maintain client records and update information as needed.
- Assist with customer retention strategies.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in customer service preferred.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
- Must be able to commute to our office, role will be remote but only after initial training period.
Flexible work from home options available.
Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
