We’re currently seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team and lead complex projects from start to finish.
Position Summary:
The Construction Project Manager will oversee all aspects of construction projects, from initial planning and scheduling to execution and project completion. This individual will work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of construction processes, a track record of managing successful projects, and strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
 • Plan, manage, and oversee multiple construction projects, ensuring compliance with specifications, timelines, and budgets.
 • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to manage all phases of the project.
 • Develop project schedules, set milestones, and manage resources effectively to meet project goals.
 • Ensure all safety and compliance requirements are met.
 • Provide leadership to on-site teams, managing labor and material resources effectively.
 • Regularly communicate project updates to stakeholders, maintaining transparency and accountability.
 • Prepare and manage project documentation, including budgets, schedules, contracts, and permits.
 • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
 • Foster strong client relationships through clear communication and high-quality service.
Qualifications:
 • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred but not required).
 • 5+ years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
 • Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
 • Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore).
 • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
 • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
 • Strong financial acumen, including experience with budgeting and cost control.
 • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
