Before opening my agency in May 2022, I spent three years as a State Farm Team Member, giving me firsthand experience in the role and a deep understanding of what it takes to succeed.

I graduated from the University of Minnesota and stay actively involved in our community through the Vadnais Heights Economic Development Corporation. Community involvement and helping others are at the core of what we do every day.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Representative for Kevin Kaufer State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
