Job Description: Volunteer-in-Training (VIT)

General Description: The Volunteer-in-Training (VIT) program at ISPT is designed for youth ages 13-15 who are eager to develop the skills needed to become effective Gymnastics Instructors, Birthday Party Facilitators or Camp Counselors. This is a volunteer position where we train for possible employment opportunities on our team.

While participating in the VIT program, you will be considered a volunteer and required to adhere to specific guidelines and restrictions. Please note that the VIT program is a training opportunity, and VITs are not paid. There may be opportunities to grow into one of paid staff positions.

Program Highlights:

Learn essential management and leadership skills.
Receive training in first aid, group leadership, time management, and more.
Develop skills that can enhance leadership opportunities in school, extracurricular activities, and future jobs.

Compensation: $1.00 per hour

We make possibilities limitless for children and adults with special abilities. Our knowledgeable and caring team teach gymnastics, swimming, bike riding, soccer, social skills and more. We also offer kids night out, customized birthday parties and summer camp.

Member schools are independently owned and operated. Your application will go directly to the member school, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this school.
