In this role, you'll:

Manage our business CRM, keeping it up-to-date and utilizing it to track leads, follow-ups, and member engagement.
Support and collaborate with the General Manager to execute membership growth strategies.
Engage with potential members both in person and via phone, email, and text, providing clear information on membership options, facility amenities, and special offers.
Work closely with the training staff to align sales efforts with program offerings, ensuring members get the best experience tailored to their fitness goals.
Assist in planning and executing promotional events and campaigns, creating a buzz around the facility and increasing community awareness.
Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a welcoming environment that reflects our values of teamwork, passion, and integrity.

We are seeking someone with:

A background in sales, customer service, or fitness industry experience.
Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others achieve their goals.
Organizational skills to maintain accurate records and manage leads efficiently.
A positive, outgoing attitude that thrives in a team environment.

Roles & Compensation:

30-40 hours per week. Flexible schedule.
Pay Rate: $20/hr
Uncapped sales commissions and bonuses for performance targets
On-target earnings: $50,000+

Compensation: $20.00 per hour
