We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Service Manager to join our team. As a Sales and Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our front end. This is a key leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to effectively manage a team.
- Manage and coordinate all front desk activities, ensuring efficient and timely completion of work
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
- Hire, train, and supervise all front desk representatives
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication
- Stay up to date with new trends and best practices in order to provide innovative solutions to customers
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
- Proficient in retail math for managing inventory and pricing
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service
