We are looking for an Assistant Care Manager who can showcase leadership capabilities while demonstrating compassion and support for seniors. We are a well-established growing Home Care, Palliative and Hospice agency that has the utmost respect for our team members and their choices. We have been in the Valley since 2002 and are growing.
We are looking for a person who has excellent phone skills, computer skills, marketing skills, and a positive attitude for teams’ success. The ideal candidate will also have a health care background and experience, or a skill set to step into the role for immediate impact to help the business. Our company offers a continuum of care, and we work as one team to help our clients.
This position is in office and in the field. The office hours are Monday – Friday, 8:30a – 5:00p but there will be times outside of these hours that a client or family may need your support. Knowing our business runs 24/7/365 you will also be responsible for helping with on-call hours rotating with the team on weekends. You will be one of the leaders on our team and should be willing to help with the team as needs arise and available to help with a caregiver field shift if there is an emergency.
Responsibilities include:
*Support Leadership of Caregivers
Managing the Recruiting Process for Caregivers
Leading interviewing, on boarding and field training
* Office support
Incoming calls from client, potential clients, families, and business partners
Communication as a leader to the field team, office, and management
Daily tasks needed for office – caregiver/management software.
*Creating Partnerships and Awareness
Working with strategic business partners for idea sharing and collaboration to build the business.
