Carpet & Home Restoration Technician/General Laborer: Warrenton/Culpeper, VA

Seeking hard-working individuals ideally with cleaning and home restoration (water, fire loss mold mitigation) experience. Company is growing quickly and looking for temporary assistance to complete 3-4 large scale jobs over the next six weeks.

- Effectively performing all homes services restoration tasks.

- Performing basic equipment and vehicle maintenance requirements.

- Demonstrating accuracy, thoroughness and monitoring his/her own work to ensure quality standards are adhered to.
- Strong fit with company culture which includes exemplary customer service; commitment to personal and professional growth and connection to the community.

Compensation Summary:

- Salary: $21/hr

- Willing to consider promotion to full-time employee with benefits depending on performance and overall sit with the team.

- Experience:

- Prior restoration and carpet cleaning experience (1-3 years)
