Join Paul Davis Restoration as an Asbestos Abatement Supervisor! If you have experience in asbestos/lead abatement, demolitions, mold remediation, and biohazard clean-up, we want you on our team. This role includes organizing and managing multiple projects while maintaining safety and efficiency standards. You'll build containment areas, handle hazardous materials, and ensure proper documentation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform asbestos/lead abatement, mold remediation, and demolition.
  • Build containment areas, assemble temporary structures, and prepare hazardous materials for removal/storage.
  • Handle inventory, packing, and moving contents according to IICRC standards.
  • Organize workflows, manage tools and equipment, and set clear expectations with customers.
  • Document work with accurate notes, photos, and reports on job costs.

Requirements:

  •  Must have current Asbestos Worker certification (WA &/or OR) 
  • IICRC certification (WRT, ASD, FSRT, AMRT) preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs., climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.

Compensation: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour
