As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Adalie Allen - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain client records and update information as needed.
- Taking detailed notes and following processes
- Retaining current customers by providing excellent customer service
- Working with our team to achieve common goals and grown the agency
- Claims submission
- Billing Clarification

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in customer service preferred.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.

- Property & Casualty License (Must be able to obtain)

Compensation: $45,000.00 per year

- Our office is located in Monroe County.
- Our office is open Monday-Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
- Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
- I am a second generation State Farm agent.
- I am a proud graduate of the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
- We currently have 4 team members at our agency.
- We have 20 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
- Our agency has received awards including: Ambassador Travel
