Jim Tom State Farm Insurance Agency seeks an Insurance Agent Account Representative-Team Member. As Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jim Tom - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant insurance products and services.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance clients to understand and fulfill their insurance needs.
Grow our insurance business through value-based insurance conversations and exceptional insurance customer experiences.
Actively promote, sell and service insurance products to both individual and business insurance clients.
Guide clients through different insurance coverage options and assist with insurance policy renewals and changes - Provide information about insurance products and services.
Collaborate with the agent to develop and achieve insurance marketing goals.
Utilize insurance leads effectively, schedule appointments, and provide personalized insurance solutions to clients.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions.

Qualifications:

Property & Casualty - Life & Health Casualty Insurance Licenses required
Insurance agency experience with a proven track record of service and/or sales success preferred
Driven to succeed
Positive attitude/Coachable
Strong work ethics
Ability to work effectively in a team
Ability to build Rapport with existing and prospective customers
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Experience in customer service preferred
Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly
Innovative in develop prospective insurance clients
Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.

•Compensation for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, insurance experience, education, insurance licenses and certifications.

Note: This position is with a Chicago State Farm Insurance Agent's office, not State Farm Companies.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
Our office is located in Chicago, 60618 (North Center).
Our office is open Mon-Fri - 9am-5pm.
I have been a State Farm agent since 1989.
