**Job Description:**
RMG Management, a leading property management company in Hackensack, NJ, is seeking a skilled and reliable Licensed Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both residential and commercial plumbing systems and will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems across our property portfolio.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and drainage systems.
- Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on plumbing systems across residential and commercial properties.
- Respond promptly to plumbing emergencies and provide timely solutions to minimize downtime for tenants.
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and water pressure problems.
- Collaborate with property managers and other maintenance staff to ensure efficient resolution of plumbing issues.
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed.
- Provide recommendations for system upgrades and improvements to enhance plumbing efficiency.
**Qualifications:**
- Must hold a valid plumber’s license in the state of New Jersey.
- Proven experience as a plumber, preferably in both residential and commercial settings.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, water distribution, and disposal systems.
- Familiarity with relevant tools, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Ability to read blueprints and drawings to understand plumbing layouts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay Range: $50,000 - $75,000
If you are hired at RMG Management, your overall compensation package will also be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
