As a Sales Producer at our agency, you will play a key role in delivering that mission by helping others protect and grow their assets.
 
We are looking for a motivated Sales Producer who thrives in a relationship-driven environment. Our office serves North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia, offering a wide range of insurance solutions, from auto and homeowners insurance to life, business, and renters insurance. This is more than just a sales position; you will be helping clients make informed, empowered decisions about their coverage by providing education and guidance, not just policies.

Key Responsibilities:

   •       Prospect and Develop New Business Opportunities: Proactively identify prospects through various lead-generation methods, including networking, referrals, cold calling, and online channels.

   •       Customer Consultations: Conduct comprehensive client consultations to assess their needs and explain available insurance products and financial services.

   •       Tailored Solutions: Recommend appropriate insurance and financial products based on the customer's unique needs, helping them protect their assets and achieve their financial goals.

   •       Manage Renewals and Policy Changes: Regularly follow up with customers to review their existing coverage, recommend adjustments as needed, and process renewals or policy modifications.

   •       Cross-Sell Products: Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional services and products to existing customers, ensuring they have a holistic plan that covers all areas of risk.

   •       Customer Education: Take an educational approach to help customers understand the options available to them and empower them to make informed decisions.

   •       Handle Inbound Inquiries: Respond to customer questions and concerns regarding policy coverage, claims, and any other inquiries with prompt and thorough support.

   •       Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all sales processes, customer interactions, and transactions are properly documented and compliant with regulatory standards.

   •       Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals through strategic sales approaches and by maintaining a consistent pipeline of new business opportunities.

Qualifications:
 
   •       Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance, financial services, or a related field.
   •       Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.
   •       A customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others protect and grow their assets.
   •       Ability to work independently and within a team to achieve goals.
   •       Licensed (or willingness to become licensed) in property and casualty, life, and health insurance.
