Job Summary
This candidate will lead the effort to produce, procure and install signs and graphics at customer sites.  Sign types include channel letter, pole, monument, graphics and interior signage.  In house production is done using our large format printers.  Most exterior signage is procured from vendors.  Candidate will work with our sales team and customers to understand customer requirements and develop specs for production and installation.  You will work with vendors to have signs produced to our specs and you will lead and manage the sign installation effort.  

Responsibilities:
Work with sales and customers to understand customer requirements
  • Provide project management oversight for each job
  • Read and interpret customer specifications
  • Create specifications for signs that will be produced or procured
  • Obtain sign permits 
  • Work closely with vendors to procure signs
  • Stage, prep and install signs
  • Provide leadership to the sign installation team
  • Operate large format printing and cutting equipment
  • Assure quality and safety standards are met on all jobs
  • Additional tasks as assigned
Skills Required:
Three or more years’ experience installing outdoor signage, including electrical signs
  • Project management expertise
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude 
  • Leadership experience
  • Able to read illustrator files
  • Strong work ethic and the ability to work in fast-paced environment 
  • Good team player, willing to help with whatever is needed 
  • Able to communicate with customers in a positive and effective way
  • Able to work at heights
  • Valid driver’s license with good driving record
Skills Desired, but not Required:
·        Experience operating large format printing and cutting equipment
·        Electrical contractors license

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
