Job Summary: Prep Cooks are crucial to the success of our restaurants. In each of our properties, our chefs are committed to a farm to table philosophy: utilization of the finest local ingredients while building lasting relationships within the community. What we need:
- 1-3 years of experience in a full-service kitchen, preferable prep experience
- Desire to grow a culinary career
- Good knife skills
- Effective communication skills
- Desire to be a part of a successful team
- Ability to work morning shifts 7am - 4pm
- Weekend availability

Pay starts at $17-$20 per hour depending on experience.
