RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
- Identify customer needs and market appropriate products and services.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have Property & Casualty license and the willingness to get Life & Health license
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Dedicated to customer service
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs
- Proactive in problem-solving

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
