Our training and orientation programs are designed to prepare you to provide excellent care and support you during your time with Kind. When you work with Kind, you receive the following benefits:

Schedule:

  • 4 hr shift
  • 8 hr shift
  • 12hr shift
  • Day time
  • Evenings
  • Overnights
  • Weekends
  • Holidays (1.5x hourly rate!)
We do have the following requirements:

  • Passion and ability to care for older adults
  • Your own vehicle, valid driver’s license, and insurance
  • The ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds and transfer clients
  • Daily access to email, the internet, and a mobile phone
  • We are a drug free workplace and complete a criminal background, and driving record check before hiring
  • A current HHA, DSP, or CNA license and experience is always a plus!
