In this mentorship role, you’ll gain hands-on experience, extensive training, and business planning guidance to prepare you for agency ownership. Most top candidates complete the program in about six months and can open their own agency with no initial capital required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate insurance quotes, present solutions, and close sales.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Help clients understand coverage options that fit their needs.
- Stay informed on industry trends and Farmers Insurance products.
- Meet sales goals while continuing to grow skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Must hold or be willing to obtain Colorado Property, Casualty, Life, and Health licenses.
- Sales or client-facing experience preferred; insurance background is helpful but not required.
- Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, coachable, and committed to growth.

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
