Are you a people person with great communication skills? Home Energy Pros is looking for a motivated Phone Representative to join our team!
Position Details:
• Location: Fort Wayne, IN
• Hours: Full-time
Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Schedule appointments and follow up with leads
• Provide excellent customer service and answer inquiries
• Keep detailed records of calls and appointments
What We’re Looking For:
• Friendly, positive attitude
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Reliable and self-motivated
• Previous phone or customer service experience preferred, but not required
