- Participate in professional and community outreach activities.
- Support marketing through creation of branded materials and maintain social media presence through media content provided by Ellie Corporate and create content for ME-177.
- Assist Clinic Director with client related and office tasks such as managing the waitlist, minatining supply inventory, running reports, and assisting in chart audits.
- Assist clinicians with client related administrative tasks such as updating client demographic information, tracking authorizations, Continued Stay Reviews for Mainecare, monitoring completion of intake paperwork, assisting with records requests, and uploading documentation.
- Assist with client relations while keeping client health care information confidential and complying with all Ellie ME-177 policies and procedures implementing the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
- Support recruitment of clinical staff. Including hiring events, potential job posting sites, identifying clinicians looking for employment, and other related tasks. Schedule and/or attend events as appropriate to position, professional growth, and determined by Direct Supervisor or Clinic Director.
- Support onboarding of new employees through orientation to the office space, add to waiting area Ipad, creating social profiles, business cards, and welcome binder, or other areas as assigned.
- Attend and participate in required trainings as well as weekly individual supervision and group supervision.

- Bachelor’s degree in psychology/social work preferred, or relevant work experience of at least five (5) years in administrative support or office management in the mental health/behavioral health field.
- Strong problem-solving skill set that facilitate the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and changing environment
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications- specifically Outlook Excel, Word, and Teams.
- Proficient with Canva.
- Adept at learning and navigating Electronic Health Record system.
- Knowledge of/experience with Kepro and Acentra.
- Experience with SOCI.

Ellie is a socially responsible for-profit business, which allows us to be flexible and responsive to our community’s needs. Many mental health and wellness-focused companies are non-profits or government agencies, which rely on the general public, grants, or large donors for funding. This model often results in little creativity and lower compensation for employees, promoting a work culture that just makes people feel “blah.”
Feeling blah doesn’t help employees stay motivated, engaged, or even in their jobs for a very long time! So we created a new model: one that puts flexibility, innovative decision-making, creativity, and our people first, while remaining a socially conscious and responsible for-profit business focused on changing how we treat mental health.
