SafeSplash Swim School Manager – Hosted Location
Location: Lakewood, CO
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:45 PM–6:15 PM

Position Overview
We’re looking for a dependable, service-minded manager to lead our hosted SafeSplash Swim School location in Lakewood. Our goal is to provide excellent swim instruction while building personal relationships with our families and creating a fun, welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Teach swim lessons in the water at least two days per week.
- Supervise the pool deck and daily operations three days per week.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and required documentation.
- Build positive relationships with families and provide outstanding customer service.
- Lead with integrity, accountability, and a commitment to serving others.
Pay & Training

$18/hour: Initial training, beginning immediately.

$20/hour: Upon completion of online training.

$22/hour: Upon demonstrating full manager-level proficiency and completing three months of reliable attendance and performance.

- Maintain Red Cross Lifeguard certification, Red Cross CPR/AED certification for adult, infant and swimmer
- Previous swim instruction experience is required
- Must be able to successfully complete all life-guarding prerequisites to American Red Cross standards

Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
