Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:
- Manage stylists’ schedules, handle time-off requests, and ensure accurate appointment scheduling.
- Oversee the use of the “When I Work” app in Texas.
Team Management:
- Foster a positive environment and hold regular meetings with stylists.
- Implement KPIs for stylists, set goals, and track progress as directed by Regional Stylist
- Provide ongoing training with Texas Stylists
Training & Development:
- Work with Regional Stylist on development and implementation of training curriculum.
- Conduct training sessions with the Regional Director’s approval.
Performance & Client Feedback:
- Meet weekly with the Regional Director and Regional Stylist to discuss performance and strategies.
- Address client feedback with stylists promptly to ensure improvement.
Culture & Promotion:
- Promote and embody salon culture and service standards.
- Lead by example in operations and support the Regional Stylist and Regional Director’s objectives.
Performance Goals:
- Enhance team KPIs and meet monthly haircut goals.
Behind the Chair:
- Provide high-quality haircuts and styling for children.
- Ensure a fun, engaging, and stress-free experience for young clients.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years as a licensed cosmetologist with an active Texas license.
- Proven salon management experience, preferably in a high-end or children’s salon setting.
- Strong administrative, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills and passion for outstanding customer service.
- Experience and comfort with cutting and styling children’s hair.
- Positive management style, lead from within your team, building your team up to reach their full potential
- Adaptive Management Style; changing approaches to the individual to set each team member up for success

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
