QUICK OVERVIEW (TL;DR)
- Build and maintain relationships with property managers, facility managers, real estate professionals, and other referral partners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your territory.
- Represent Paul Davis at networking events, industry functions, and trade shows.
- Partner with operations teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
- Maintain regular contact with key accounts to drive retention and growth.
- Track pipeline activity, territory performance, and market trends.
- 3+ years of outside sales or business development experience.
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally.
- Restoration, construction, or property services experience.
- Existing network within insurance, property management, or commercial real estate.
- Base salary: $75K–$85K plus commission.
- Total compensation potential: $150K+.
