Position Overview
Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team as an Account Representative - Inside Sales. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, providing insurance solutions, and meeting sales targets. Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
- Assess customer needs and recommend suitable insurance coverage
- Present insurance proposals to clients and address any questions or concerns
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up on policy renewals
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge
- Obtain necessary insurance licenses to comply with state regulations

Compensation: $55,000-$70,000+ annually
Requirements
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Self-motivated
- Proactive in problem solving
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to make presentations to potential customers
- Courses on ethical and customer centered sales practices will be required
- Selected candidate is expected to remain current in product changes, licensing, technical developments, and continuing education
