- Dispatching & Scheduling: Coordinate schedules for our skilled trades team, ensuring resources and vehicles are efficiently allocated to keep projects on track and within budget.
- Project Workflow: Partner with project managers to optimize job flow, adjusting schedules in real-time to meet critical timelines and maintain job profitability.
- Labor Reporting: Approve and track daily labor hours, including overtime and prevailing wage hours, while generating weekly labor reports for management.
- Documentation: Confirm all job documentation, including work orders, authorizations, and safety checks, is validated before scheduling work.
- Team Support: Provide scheduling assistance for Emergency Services during peak events, ensuring timely service for all restoration needs.

Qualifications:
- Education & Experience: 3+ years in scheduling and dispatching; an associate's degree is preferred but not required. Familiarity with construction, restoration, or emergency services is a plus.
- Skills: Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail, ensuring smooth coordination of people and resources. You’ll also need proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and the ability to type 50+ words per minute.
- Adaptability: A quick thinker who thrives in dynamic environments, handling schedule adjustments and staffing changes with ease.
- Communication: Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with team members across all departments.
