We Are Looking For:
Passionate Licensed Estheticians seeking a long-term role in a positive, stable environment. At Hand and Stone, we deliver high-quality, results-driven facial treatments, incorporating the latest advancements in skincare, including LED Skin Phototherapy, DiamondGlow, NuFACE microcurrent, dermal-infusion, microdermabrasion, and chemical peels.
Job Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional service by performing top-level esthetic treatments. • Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans tailored to clients’ skincare goals. • Participate in hands-on training, workshops, and webinars to enhance your skills. • Meet sales goals set by spa management. • Create a welcoming experience for members and guests with a friendly attitude. • Promote member referrals and memberships to help grow our clientele. • Maintain a professional and clean environment in therapy rooms and common areas.
Job Requirements:
• Proven retail and in-room upgrade experience.
• Active esthetician license and liability insurance.
• Strong knowledge of spa services and product lines relevant to esthetics.
