- Conduct regular inspections of mitigation sites to assess compliance with approved plans and regulations.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of mitigation measures and report findings to management.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure project goals are met.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay updated on changes in environmental regulations and industry best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams as needed.
- Assist in the development and implementation of monitoring plans.
- As an emergency services company we pride ourselves on quick request turnaround. On-call may be required based on your role.
- Physically and mentally capable of inspecting all aspects of the home. Inspector will need to be comfortable with long sessions in attics, crawlspace, and unfinished basements.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team is top priority. A lone wolf mentality will not work inside of our organization.
- Stong communication skills both written and verbal with an understanding of professionalism and emotional intelligence
- Proficiency in using inspection tools to size and scale a project and proficiency with detail through our project software.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. A lack of organizational proficiency will not work in this role.
- Problem solver and solution mindset with an emphasis on understanding customer experience and expectations.
- An understanding of follow-up and the cadence and process of deal progression with insurance carriers.
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, local environmental regulations and OSHA requirements.
- An understanding of building and construction. With a focus on demolition.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various project sites.
- Background check is required & driving record reviewed and monitored

- Starting salary is based on experience and performance: $45-$65k annually plus large loss commission
- Based on performance: $75k+ at 1 year anniversary
