Membership Sales Associate

As a Membership Sales Associate at Hand and Stone in Huntington Village you will be responsible for promoting and increasing our membership program and providing exceptional guest service. You will be engaging potential members, educating them about our membership, services and enhancements by informing them about the value of joining our membership program. At our core we believe every guest should get the best service at the right price with a fabulous guest experience.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Sales- Actively pursue new membership sales through various outreach methods, including over the phone and in person.
- Welcome Empower Connect - Learn the Hand & Stone way of guest service and how to welcome our guests, empower them with our key services and connect with them to establish a great relationship.
- You will book and confirm our guests' appointments over the phone and through our customized Point of Sales system.
- Help educate our guests and complete retail sales to assist with our Service Providers
Qualifications:
- You must be outgoing and a driven individual who is eager to learn and promote the membership.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous sales or hospitality experience is a plus! Previous experience as a Skincare Consultant or Beauty Advisor is a plus! If you are in school to become a licensed Massage Therapist, Esthetician or manager, then this is the job for you!
