We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented 'can-do' individual to join our Team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to handle various sales and administrative tasks. Reliability and Integrity are a MUST!

  • Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Assist with sales administration tasks, including maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that improve customer engagement.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a huge plus!
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on delivering results.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
