ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As Team Member for Mike Hall Insurance Agency, you are vital to our daily business success. Your role is to help grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and product departments. Your position will improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and maintain client relationships in insurance and financial services.
Provide clients with comprehensive financial planning and insurance advice.
Assist clients with their insurance and financial services needs.
Stay current with market trends and product offerings.

QUALIFICATIONS:

3+ years of experience in insurance and financial services preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Licenses in Life/Health and/or Property & Casualty insurance preferred.

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
